How we verify every clinic
A listing on WhichClinic is a promise. Here is exactly what a clinic has to prove before it can appear — and what keeps it honest afterwards.
Step 01
Documents reviewed
We collect and check the clinic's operating licence, health-ministry authorisation, medical certificates (JCI, ISO where relevant) and each doctor's diploma — one document at a time.
Step 02
Facility confirmed
Before any badge, we confirm the clinic physically exists and matches its profile through a live video walkthrough or an on-site visit.
Step 03
Reviews confirmed
We contact real patients by phone or email to confirm their review. Unverified or incentivised reviews never count toward a clinic's score.
Step 04
Ongoing monitoring
Verification isn't one-and-done. Expiring documents suspend the badge, and repeated complaints trigger a re-review or removal.
Verification levels
Not all verified clinics are equal — the badge tells you how far a clinic has gone.
Core documents, facility and reviews all checked.
Everything in Verified, plus international accreditation and a track record of fast, quality responses.
Our highest tier: top review scores, full transparency and consistently excellent patient outcomes.
Some clinics are imported from public sources so you can discover them. These are clearly shown as unverified until they complete the checks above.
What verification does and doesn't mean
We verify credentials, licences and identity — not the outcome of any individual treatment.
A badge is a signal of credibility, not a medical guarantee. Always consult the clinic directly.
You make the final choice — we give you the facts to compare clinics with confidence.
We work with clinics holding these accreditations & certifications
Internationally recognised standards — the credentials we verify before a clinic is listed.
