Frequently asked questions
Everything about how WhichClinic works, what “verified” means and how your data is used.
Comparing & verification
Before a clinic is listed, we check its operating licence, medical certificates and doctor diplomas one by one, confirm the facility by video or on-site visit, and verify reviews with real patients by phone or email.
No. Clinic lists are ordered by verification level, how clearly the clinic's name matches the treatment and a weighted Google rating — all explained on our methodology page. Badges are awarded only after document checks, and any paid placement would be labelled as advertising and kept separate from these lists.
Hair transplant, dental, plastic surgery, weight-loss (bariatric) surgery, eye treatments, IVF & fertility, limb lengthening and non-surgical aesthetics — with more added over time.
Costs & quotes
Yes — completely. You never pay to search, compare or request quotes. Verified clinics fund the platform, so our loyalty is to you, not to advertisers.
You decide. When you request quotes, you choose how many matching clinics receive your request (up to 15). Only those clinics can contact you — never a pool of call centers. No spam, no floods of calls.
You're never obligated to book. You can request new quotes, browse other clinics, or ask our team for help — free of charge.
Reply times vary from clinic to clinic. If you haven't heard back within a few working days, you can request quotes from other clinics — free of charge.
Travel & safety
Only the clinics your request is sent to, and only after you submit it. We never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
No. WhichClinic is a comparison platform, not a medical provider. Always confirm any medical decision directly with a licensed clinic or your own doctor.
Safety depends on choosing the right clinic. That is exactly what verification is for — we remove the guesswork so you can decide based on facts, not ads.
